So as I was vacuuming, I started thinking about tile vs. carpet. I like tile because it feels like when you clean it you get all the dirt and your home is dirt free! With carpet I still feel like there is dirt in there....grrr! Also, tile doesn't stain. However, with tile one must first vacuum/sweep and then mop. With carpet one just vacuums. Tile is cool on the feet, and there's nothing like carpet on a rainy Michigan day...with that said, Charlie's feet also spot my carpet on the rainy days!
I like my carpet because I vacuum once a day and it looks nice in our home.
To end, I can vacuum my entire condo without unplugging the vacuum from the living room socket.
