This is an interesting article about Detroit! Just so you know, the $700,00+ house they are talking about is the infamous "castle house" I have been watching for 7 months! You can rent it for $3500/month. Apparently it's a maintenance nightmare! Anyway, there is NO WAY it will sell for that much money. Houses in that neighborhood don't sell for more than $150,000.... even the sweet ones! Our friends bought a house for $100 and at closing paid $2000. :) CRAZY!
