June ended up being a very busy, but very fun month! I started off by going to Arizona to visit my dad. Since he travels so much for his job it works out well for me to go to see him there... and then I get to see my friends and was even able to see the Crawfords for a day. My dad and I had a really great time together. We get along well and always have great conversation so it's great to have visits. I wish we could see each other more often!
The timing of the visit to see my dad worked out really well because I was gone while David was studying for his Step 1 Board exam. So I flew home on Saturday and he picked me (and Bentley of course) up at the airport and we got the next week together. Then we went up North on Friday and our friends, Matt, Lisa, and their 9 month old daughter, Eden came up on Sunday until Wed. Then they left and the Crawfords (Mom, Dad, and Caroline) arrived. Even Jane and Mark were able to come up for a few days which was nice!
We came home on Monday and David started orientation for his clinical rotations on Wednesday....(a week ago). So now he's in the hospital and loving it!
It's been good to be home and get back into our normal routine.
This weekend I am going on a discipleship retreat with our church...I am really looking forward to it. Unfortunately David can't go because he's on call... but it works out well because he won't come home on Friday so now I have something to do!
So now I have updated my blog so I can start to post about random things as I want!
