With this in mind, what do you and David plan to do for your kids' education in Detroit? What are the good alternatives while living there to a school system that is described in these ways?
Currently David and I have sort of conflicting opinions... but luckily we don't have to think about it for a few more years- and hopefully we'll be back in Tucson anyway. :)

Another sad example of how public education is a business.
