I love pandora radio- it introduces to me to new songs all the time.
So I have a new favorite song. Incidentally it's by Hillsong- a group I was never super crazy about. But there's a set of lyrics that jerk my heart heart every time I hear them:
Everlasting, your light will shine when all else fades
Neverending, your glory goes beyond all days
I love the word, "when"- a reminder that it all will fade- whatever isn't rooted in Christ. It's not "if" or "in case" it's WHEN.
I also love the word light- I love when light shines over things and makes them beautiful and luminous.
Maybe I'll do some posts on the use of the word "light". Hmmm.... thoughts thoughts thoughts...

Love this song. Our worship team at our church leads this song on a regular basis. It's a favorite of mine as well. What Pandora channel did you start with to find this song?

Wow! We sing it in Spanish in Mexico, "Dios eterno tu luz por siempre brillará.."--it was cool to hear it in English.
We sing it "Dios eterno, tu luz por siempre brillará..."--enjoyed hearing it in English!
